These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Rukik mobile application and the rukik.com website (together, the "Service"), operated by Mengqi Huang ("Rukik"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
Rukik is a personal AI assistant that helps you organize family information, remember what matters, and prepare for conversations with people and professionals you choose.
Professional consultations on Rukik are answered by the professional's team, which includes an AI assistant. AI assistant replies are issued in the team's name and never impersonate the professional personally; profiles labeled as AI are AI personas, not real people. Whether to ask the professional to answer personally is always your decision.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for activity under your account. You may delete your account at any time from within the app.
Rukik offers a text messaging program used solely for account verification and sign-in. By entering your mobile number in the Rukik app and requesting a verification code, you consent to receive one-time passcode text messages from Rukik at that number.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, or using it for unlawful purposes.
Answers generated by the Rukik AI assistant are for reference only and are not a substitute for professional legal, tax, medical or financial advice.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
